The emblem in the canton differs - including instead of the Marshall's staff a bunch of fasces. Maybe it is not even the matter of a new design in 1930's, but only a different artistic representation of the same charge.

Unlike the latter version, the emblem in the canton consists only of the two guns white the blue anchor is in the lower quarter.

A swallow-tailed triangular long pennant, shorter then the presidential one, divided horizontally in yellow over red with a white square at the hoist containing a blue cross.
